Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all products must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Have a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
The unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, damage, missing item, and refund claims. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with the required unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for eligible products upon approval of the claim. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and review by our support team.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved after review, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks, payment gateways, and credit card providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
